Information about your dog
Owners must provide accurate, current information about their dog’s temperament, health, routines, behaviour around dogs and people, and any other matter relevant to safe everyday care.
Service suitability
A service may be adjusted or declined where it is not suitable or safe for the dog, other dogs or the person providing care. Any material changes will be discussed with the owner.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel an agreed booking. Any specific cancellation arrangements will be confirmed when the booking is made.
